On-Site Repair

Toshiba's On-Site service program offers you the convenience of having a Toshiba-trained technician come right to your home or business location. If your computer has a hardware failure, and the issue cannot be resolved via phone-based troubleshooting, a technician will arrive with parts at your home or business to perform the necessary hardware repairs.

Downtime means lost productivity - On-Site repair provides our fastest repair solution to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
Convenient single point of contact - Expert technicians are available 24-7 for phone-based technical assistance and to dispatch an on-site technician as needed
Program Details:

For home and business locations within 75 miles of most major metro areas in the United States Request for service must be received before 4:00 PM local time to receive next business day service

ServiceExpress

A fast and convenient repair solution is yours with the ServiceExpress plan. If your notebook requires service, you can choose from two express service options - depot express and carry-in express.

With our depot express option, your notebook is shipped to our state-of-the-art depot repair center, where it is repaired and returned you via overnight delivery. Or, you can choose our carry-in express option, where you can go to the front of the line for express notebook service at any of our Premier Authorized Service Providers.

The highest priority is given when repairs are needed to ensure a quick turnaround

Program Details:
ServiceExpress carry-in option is only available at a Toshiba Premier Authorized Service Provider (ASP). A list of Premier ASP's is available at www.pcsupport.toshiba.com
